What is ELDOA?

ELDOA exercises are specific techniques created by a world-renowned osteopath, Guy Voyer DO.  They are postural exercises that you can do yourself with the primary goal being to increase the space within a chosen articulation or joint.  ELDOA is a French acronym that translates to Longitudinal Osteo-articular Decoaptation Stretches (LOADS).
